End-to-End Processes
Our engineering processes are detailed in design standards for all phases of both the hardware and software design and implementation process. These standards are reviewed and updated as we complete projects. Project status is available on our customer intranet during all phases of the project. Fuel7 also has developed detailed check lists for every stage of the design process to ensure that valuable details are not lost. Project completion includes processes for delivery, training, and validating project compliance, to ensure your project isn't just 'done' but that it is an overwhelming success.
Online Project Management Interface
Anyone who's every run up against mis-managed software control understands the dangers. If you are even remotely involved in software, this almost certainly means you. It is why we've gone to great lengths to ensure your code is kept consistent, private, and under strict control. We know SCM and use the most effective tools on the market to manage and reconcile software across multiple organizations and community repositories.
We are happy to interface with your company's existing system for managing the project, or we'll be happy to support you with an online, transparent, detailed view into our development and project managment. The entire management system is available to our clients within the customer intranet as a free addition to any of our projects.
Project Completion
The culmination of every project at Fuel7 is the transfer of our development results, documentation, tools and processes.. This reference material and knowledgebase includes full API documentation, UML, collaboration diagrams and call-trees, technical design documentation, and engineering notes on various development tasks, procedures, and design decisions made throughout the development process.
Our project completion package provides our clients with a single place to turn to for all of the intellectual property associated with their design. This allows them to quickly and reliably manufacture their product, or implement changes as the product evolves. Processes, tools, test harnesses, development environment; it's all captured to ensure today's success is not next year's hurdle.
